Dan is responsible for the creation and testing of quantitative models to predict outcomes of a variety of sporting events. He uses statistical and machine learning techniques to transform raw data into information useful to sports betting.
Dan joined us in December 2012. Before this he worked as a technical consultant in a variety of data and mathematics related applications such as wind turbine monitoring, analysis of clinical trials and resource scheduling/management. He holds an MMath in Mathematics from Cambridge University.
Dan enjoys the application of interesting mathematical approaches to sports modelling and betting. In his free time you will find him watching movies or trying to solve cryptic crosswords.
