Moris is the Co-Founder of Stratagem. He is dual qualified as both a Solicitor (England and Wales) and an Attorney-At-Law (New York), having graduated from King’s College London (LL.B.), Cornell Law School (LL.M.), and the College of Law, Guildford (LPC).
Moris is also a Partner in the Corporate & Capital Markets department of Brown Rudnick LLP. His practice focus is general corporate transactions and, in particular, acting for high net worth families, hedge funds, luxury hospitality and real estate businesses and technology companies. His experience includes advising US and European companies on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing, seed investments in hedge fund businesses, private equity investments in public equity, public to private transactions and initial public offerings/placings on AIM.
